Integrated petrophysical evaluation of wells Long Draw 10 F # 1, Red Lake 32 State G #1 y B&B 22-12. Lithologically, the evaluated column is mainly composed of Dolomites with a partial presence of vugular porosity with an average of 5% porosity and maximum values close to 15%, low permeabilities. The evaluation was integrated with conventional and mineralogical analyses from Sidewall Core samples, Magnetic Resonance logs and mudlogging information. Secondary porosity analysis and variable m estimation were made. The purpose of the evaluation was to define the petrophysical parameters to continue with Area development.

Integrated petrophysical evaluation of wells 7-GC-7-RN, 7-GC-8-RN, 7-GC-4-RN, RT-0001-RN y 7-JB-001-RN, The reservoirs studied correspond to fluvial-deltaic environments and lacustrine deposits. Lithologically formed by turbiditic sandstones interbedded with shale deposits in lacustrine environments. Information from conventional logs was integrated with mudlogging information, sidewall core samples and capillary pressure curves from analogous fields, which were used to generate water saturation model independent of resistivity.

Integrated petrophysical evaluation of well VONU-1, The evaluated column is formed by different lithological units, such as: sandstones, calcareous sandstones, limestones, with a high presence of silt and clay. There is a notable presence of Glauconite which generates effects in the resistivity (attenuation) and Density (increasing). Due to this, corrections were necessary to not sub-estimate both the porosity and HC saturation. The information from conventional logs was integrated with Mudlogging information (lithology, total gas, chromatography). The purpose of the evaluation was to define the potential of the penetrated horizons to define development plans for the Area.

Evaluación petrofísica integrada del pozo VONU-1. La columna evaluada está formada por diferentes unidades litológicas formadas por areniscas, areniscas calcáreas, calizas, con una alta presencia de limo y arcilla. Hay una presencia notable de Glauconita que genera efectos en la resistividad (atenuación) y en la densidad (aumento), lo que hace que las correcciones sean necesarias para no subestimar tanto la porosidad como la saturación de HC. La información de los registros convencionales se integró con la información de Mudlogging (litología, gas total, cromatografía). El propósito de la evaluación fue definir la prospectividad de los horizontes penetrados para definir los planes de desarrollo para el Área.

Petrophysical Evaluation and Re – Evaluation of Exploratory Wells: Bullerengue-1, Bullerengue Sur-1, Bullerengue Sur-3, Currulao-1, Curramba Est-1, Molinero-1, Molinero-2, Molinero-3X y Calipso-1. The evaluation was integrated with fracture analysis and dips from image logs, a lithological/mineralogical model was calibrated with XRD results from cuttings. A corrected resistivity curve due to laminations was estimated through multiple linear regressions from azimuth resistivity logs in Bullerengue Sur-1 well. The purpose of the evaluation was to define the potential of the penetrated horizons for Sinú San Jacinto area, Colombia.

Petrophysical Evaluation of 105 wells in these fields with the purpose of identifying new opportunities for development and re-completion work. Emphasis made in establishing relationships between petrophysical properties obtained through open hole logs and cased hole logs. Among other things, water saturation was estimated from the interpretation of SIGMA curves from “Thermal Decay Tools” TDT logs. Also, “Flow Meter” type production logs were validated and incorporated with the production tests results.

Generation of Integrated Petrophysical Model of Cajones, San Telmo, Escarpment Y and Escarpment Z reservoirs. Evaluation of 79 wells through integration with core, geology and production data. In this study, models of clay, porosity, permeability, petrofacies and water saturation were constructed for wells with old and modern logs. Water saturation obtained from capillary pressures was used using various methods of Sw as a function of height, including: J function of Leverett and Inter-Rock’s SwMinRel due to resistivities attenuation (LRP Reservoirs) because of the presence of Clay “thin layers” and “Clay Coating” as an effect of Diagenesis in Sandstones of San Telmo Formation. Clastic sediments, alternating sandstones – shales and siltstones, predominance of clays of the Illita type and Montmorillonite and Chlorite as well.

In this study, flow units were generated based on pore throat size. Water saturation as a function of height was used, obtained from both; Leverett’s J function and Inter Rock SwMinRel due to the excess of conductivity which attenuated resistivity in Lower Petaca. Clastic sediments, sandstones – shales and siltstones interbedded, predominance of Illita clay.

Generation of Petrophysical Model of Lower Troncoso and Agrio Superior reservoirs. Evaluation of 108 wells and integration with core, geological and production data. In this study, a relationship was established to generate ranked flow and storage units based on pore throat size. Saturation model was calibrated with the saturation obtained from the modeling of the J function and Inter-Rock’s SwMinRel equation. Clastic sediments, carbonates, sandstones and shales interbedded, with presence of calcareous cement.

La Tosca Member was characterized through the evaluation of 43 wells, consisting of fractured carbonaceous sediments, shales, limestones and partially interbedded dolomitized limestones. A model for the evaluation of fractured rocks was generated and a model for defining rock types based on capillary pressure tests by mercury injection, a relationship was established to generate ranked flow and storage units based on pore throat size.

Petrophysical Evaluation of Erb West Field, Malaysia, as part of the integrated reservoir study made by Schlumberger DCS in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for the state company PETRONAS, through the petrophysical evaluation of 82 wells and the integration of the results with the sedimentological, stratigraphic and structural models. A petrophysical model was generated based on the presence of siltstone content to correct the effective porosity in the studied formations, which are composed of clastic sediments, with alternating shales and high silt content.

Project developed with the purpose of re-evaluating reserves and to determine the lateral and vertical variability of the Petrophysical Properties. 143 wells were evaluated in Jobal, Taman – Tucupido, Copa Macoya, Ribas, Gopa, Guama and Zurón fields, as part of the integrated reservoir study completed in this area.
